All prices quoted are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Prices do not include carriage charges which are charged at cost, please enquire when ordering or enquiring.
All claims for missing or damaged goods must be made within 4 days of receipt.
Web prices may differ from telephone and/or shop prices.
All orders are subject to availability.
Title to the goods delivered remains the property of JD Kits until payment in full is received.
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Returns Policy
JD Kits will always try to deliver customer orders in accordance with their requirements. However, occasionally errors occur and JD Kits will rectify any confirmed and agreed shortfalls or errors, at their expense. This will be deemed as full and final settlement and no further compensation will be considered. JD Kits rely on the customer to provide accurate information when ordering. Therefore, all orders should be confirmed via post, email or fax. Orders placed by telephone and not confirmed as above will be entirely at the customer’s risk. JD Kits are unable to take responsibility for non-confirmed incorrect orders. Personalised Football kits and similar apparel are non-returnable. Products that have not been personalised may be returned with the label, in their original packaging. Incorrectly ordered or cancelled goods may incur a restocking charge. All return requests must be made in writing within 4 working days.
